• Account information: your email address, used for account creation and list sharing
• List content: grocery items, categories, and notes you add
• Device identifiers: used to sync lists across devices
• Usage data: app interactions used to improve performance
• Crash and diagnostic data: to identify and fix issues

We use your data to provide real-time list syncing, enable list sharing, improve the app, and send account-related communications. We do NOT sell your data or use it for advertising.

We share data only with people you invite to your lists, service providers under data protection agreements, and when required by law.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Items added offline are stored locally and synced when you reconnect.

Grocery Share is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

You may access, correct, delete, or port your data. GDPR users: legal basis is contract performance. CCPA users: we do not sell personal information.

We use third-party services for cloud storage and crash reporting. Each has its own privacy policy.

We'll notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice.
