Is GroceryShare free?

Yes — the Free tier (GroceryShare Simple) is completely free. Plus and Pro: Household Organizer are paid upgrades. While we're in the Launch Trial, everyone can use Pro features at no cost.

Which platforms is GroceryShare available on?

GroceryShare is currently live on the iOS App Store for iPhone and iPad. The Android version is in final testing and will land on Google Play soon.

What does each plan include?

Free: grocery lists, smart categories, shopping mode, basic recipes. Plus: cost sharing, sync, currency conversion. Pro: medicines, receipts, pantry, expiry alerts, country-tuned recipe ideas.

How many people can share a list?

There's no hard limit. Most households of 2–6 work great. Everyone on the list has equal edit permissions.

Does the app work offline?

Yes — you can add and check off items offline. Changes sync to other household members the next time you're online (Plus and Pro tiers).

How do medicine expiry alerts work?

Add medicines with their expiry date and optional refill date. GroceryShare shows everything due 'soon' on the Meds tab and sends a notification before each one expires.

Is my data private?

Your list, recipe, receipt, and medicine data is only shared with members of your household lists. We don't sell data, run ads, or share information with third parties.

How do I invite someone to a list?

Open a list, tap the share icon, and send the invite link. They tap the link and they're in — no separate account setup required to start trying lists on a device.
